A training consultation is required prior to booking any In-Home Training Packages.

One-on-one training sessions are ideal for the owners that are prepared to dedicate time and energy to train their pets to become therapy animals and/or adventure pets. In-home sessions teach skills right where they need to take place -- your own home -- and then take those behaviors out on field trips to ensure the skills are proofed and ready to use on all of your adventures!
In-Home Sessions packages are designed to help coach you as you put in the work to train your pet so you can enjoy all of life's adventures together!
Private Training Sessions may be scheduled at your convenience any time during business hours on Fridays only. At least one week between sessions is required to allow you and your pet time to practice your new training techniques.

6 Pack
This package is ideal for owners that are committed to practicing with their pet on a daily basis to set them up for lifelong success. This package will cover the same set of skills introduced in The Explorer Day Camp package, but will rely more heavily on owner involvement in the training process for quicker training success. This package will give you the techniques and tools you need to work with your pet to achieve polite leash walking, manners at the door, coming when called, basic commands, place, and dropping items in their mouth on command.

This package is ideal for owners that are committed to practicing with their pet on a daily basis to set them up for lifelong success as a therapy animal and/or adventure pet. This package will cover the same set of skills introduced in The Adventurer Day Camp package, but will rely more heavily on owner involvement in the training process for training success. This program will give you the techniques and tools you need to work with your pet to achieve polite leash walking, manners at the door, coming when called, basic commands, place, dropping items in their mouth on command, avoiding items when told, and prepare them for not only passing the certification of your choice (therapy animal, CGC, Trick Dog, etc) but also to excel at the adventures that you'll enjoy together after they pass!

Package Cost: $450
All dogs and cats in your home must be current on rabies & distemper/parvo vaccines and you must provide proof of a fecal exam within the last year with no parasites seen for participation in any services. A current bordetella vaccine is also required for each dog.
Other vaccine and medical requirements may apply to your species of pet.
* Travel fees may apply to services provided outside the immediate Cedar Rapids area. There will be a 50% cancellation fee applied to services cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. *
