Therapy Animal Training Services

Before signing up for any services, a training consultation is required. This 45-60 minute consultation allows your trainer to recommend the best program for the needs of you and your pet.
In-home and online consultations are available.

Puppy Training

Puppy programs are uniquely designed to meet the needs of your brand new puppy! Setting your puppy up with training and structured socialization the second they arrive prepares them for lifelong success as a therapy animal.

Day Camps

In-Home Sessions

 One-on-one training sessions in your own home can be used to address a plethora of issues for any species ranging from basic obedience to specific certification test item behaviors.

Pet Socials

Each month King's Creatures hosts a Pet Social at a local pet-friendly business. A great opportunity to help your therapy animal wok on training around distractions. RSVPs are required.

All dogs and cats in your home must be current on rabies & distemper vaccines and you must provide proof of a fecal exam within the last year with no parasite seen for participation in any services. A current bordetella vaccine is also required for each dog.

Other vaccine and medical requirements may apply to your species of pet.

* Travel fees may apply to services provided outside of the immediate Cedar Rapids area. There may be a 50% cancellation fee applied to services cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. *
